I have the same situation. I cannot manually change the Registry eventhough I have an Administrator account and UAC is disabled. I open Regedit.exe with Administration Rights as well. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I had the same problem, but found with persitence, it eventually let me change it. I rebooted a couple of times - probably took 6 attempts. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

You need to take ownership of the Tablet PC entry in regedit (permissions -> Owner -> you). Then you can make changes to it. Not sure if you need to use 'run as administratr' with regedit. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
