Want to dual boot Windows 7 and OSX

I have two partitions on my UX380n (60GB each) and i want to know how i can dual boot win 7 and osx. I tried installing osx on 2nd partition but now it won't boot win 7, just goes straight to osx. please help. Do you find this valuable?
